I started using Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier to help with the constant fatigue and dehydration that come with fibromyalgia, and it's made a real difference. The Tropical Punch flavor is refreshing and not overly sweet, and I feel more hydrated and energized throughout the day. It's become part of my daily routine, especially on days when my symptoms flare. While it's a bit more expensive than regular electrolyte mixes, the convenience and the way it helps me feel are worth it.

I love Liquid I.V.! I drink it every day and it's made such a difference. I feel more hydrated, my energy lasts longer, and I don't get that mid-day crash anymore. It mixes well and tastes great. Definitely worth it if you want an easy way to stay on top of your hydration! I don't have to worry so much about the counting of ounces. I don't drink it with all my water bottles but I am sure to do one per day in an 16 ouncer and it does the trick. I highly recommend.

This was a great value for the money and the reason why I opted to get it. I received 16 pouches, which I use half for 8 oz of water and the other half for another glass later. Due to the good value, I will be adding this to my regular shopping list of things to get. Even water alone just doesn't seem to be enough. I like to enhance with electrolytes to help maintain a healthy body. The vitamin content on this brand is good and they have a good reputation. it is super easy to use just by adding it to your water. It is easy to mix and the taste is delicious. I have tried other flavors and not the lemon-lime, so I gave it a tried and I like it. It makes drinking water even better. It does contain cane sugar, which is fine for me, however if you have dietary constraints please check with your doctor first. I also believe they make a sugar-free version too.

Love these and this flavour is my favorite! Great price during Black Friday since they are normally are pricey what are. They dissolved easily and I always have one when I feel low energy and need some electrolytes.
